The LeCroy 9374L is a high-performance four-channel oscilloscope with a 1 GHz bandwidth and 2 GS/s sampling rate per channel, extendable to 2 GS/s in single-channel operation. It features deep memory of 2 Mpts/channel, scalable when channels are combined, and vertical sensitivity from 2 mV/div to 1 V/div with 8-bit resolution. The instrument maintains high precision with timebase accuracy around 0.001%.
This unit supports comprehensive trigger capabilities including glitch, dropout, TV, pattern, interval triggers, and peak detect. Additional features include pass/fail testing and programmable interfaces for advanced diagnostics and automation.
