The LeCroy LC564A is a high-performance 1 GHz digital oscilloscope offering four channels, sample rates up to 4 GS/s, and versatile waveform analysis capabilities. It includes memory up to 250 kpts/channel in four-channel mode and 500 kpts/channel in single-channel mode.
Advanced features include waveform math, FET probe power supply, spectral and parameter display modes, plus expandable RAM up to 16 MB and a floppy disk drive for data export.
