The LeCroy SDA‑6020 is a 4-channel serial data analyzer with 6 GHz bandwidth and 20 GS/s per channel sampling, ideal for deep physical-layer signal inspection. Each channel supports 20 to 48 Mpts memory, enhanced with X-Stream processing for ultra-fast data handling. The unit achieves <2.5 ps trigger jitter and 1 ps noise, with a 75 ps rise time SiGe front end.
Equipped with a 10.4″ TFT touchscreen and Ethernet support, it provides comprehensive jitter and eye-diagram testing, Pass/Fail masking, and rapid signal integrity assessments.
