The Lecroy WaveExpert 100H is a modular equivalent-time sampling oscilloscope supporting up to 100 GHz bandwidth via plug-in modules. It utilizes a high-throughput HCIS timebase with 100 fs resolution, enabling virtual probing, WaveScan event detection, and onboard clock recovery/pattern generation up to 13.5 Gb/s. This instrument is ideal for characterizing high-speed serial standards like PCIe Gen2, SATA, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet.
Supports plug-in modules from 20 to 100 GHz, with precise pattern-locked jitter measurements, statistical analysis, and optional optical/electrical channels.
