The NH Research 9430-8 is a 4-Quadrant Regenerative AC Load with selectable phase inputs/outputs, 12kW capacity, and advanced HIVAR® design supporting reactive loads up to 2.6x real power. It features multiple emulation modes including CC, CR, CP, CS, and CRL, operating across 10–350VAC, 30–880Hz, and DC up to 400V. Its 9” touchscreen interface and waveform digitizer ensure precise control and measurement for demanding applications such as UPS, inverters, and circuit breaker testing.
With >90% efficiency, the 9430-8 regenerates power back to facility mains, reducing heat, energy costs, and air conditioning requirements. Its bi-directional 4-quadrant operation accurately simulates real-world reactive electrical power flows, providing unmatched versatility for AC load testing.
