The Ophir 5163 is a 50 Watt broadband amplifier operating across 0.8 – 4.2 GHz, engineered with Class A/AB linear power devices. It delivers a typical saturated output of 50 Watts, minimum 40 Watts at 1dB compression, and provides +48 dB gain with exceptional flatness of ±2.5 dB. Featuring an IP3 of +56 dBm, input VSWR of 2:1 max, and harmonics of -20 dBc at 40 Watts, it ensures high performance with excellent linearity and wide dynamic range.
Designed with rugged reliability, the Ophir 5163 supports CW, AM, FM, PM, and pulse signal formats, with a 50 Ohm nominal impedance.
