The Giga-tronics 8540C is a universal power meter (8540c series) covering 10 MHz to 40 GHz (sensor dependent) and -70 dBm to +47 dBm (sensor dependent). It works with Giga-tronics 803xx, 804xx and 806xx series power sensors (CW, modulation and peak).
