The Tektronix MSO56B 5-BW-1000 is the 1 GHz bandwidth configuration of the MSO56B, a 6-channel 5 Series B MSO. It samples at 6.25 GS/s with a 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode), and offers 62.5 M points record length as standard. The 5 Series B MSO is the updated 5 Series with a faster processor platform, FlexChannel inputs, a 15.6-inch HD touchscreen and optional Windows operating system.
