The Tektronix MSO66B 6-BW-8000 is the 8 GHz bandwidth configuration of the MSO66B, a 6-channel 6 Series B MSO. It samples at up to 50 GS/s (25 GS/s with four channels active) with a 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode), and offers 62.5 M points record length as standard. The 6 Series B MSO is the updated 6 Series with bandwidth up to 10 GHz, very low noise, up to 50 GS/s sampling and FlexChannel inputs.
Bandwidth on the 6 Series B MSO is set by software option, so the MSO66B can be ordered at 1 GHz, 2.5 GHz, 4 GHz, 6 GHz, 8 GHz, 10 GHz. This listing is for the 8 GHz unit (option 6-BW-8000). If you need a different bandwidth, see the MSO66B overview page for all configurations.
