The used Keysight (Agilent) 16047A is a precision test fixture for impedance evaluation of axial and radial lead-type components, supporting frequencies from DC to 13 MHz. Designed with Kelvin contacts, it provides stable low-resistance connections and accommodates a wide impedance measurement range. The contact tip is replaceable, adapting to various device shapes. It operates at up to 40V peak and is compatible with a range of Keysight (Agilent) instruments, including 4263A/B, 4268A, 4279A, 4284A, 4285A, 4288A, 4294A, 4291A, and 4278A.
