The Keysight (Agilent) 4284A Precision LCR Meter offers accurate, cost-effective component and material testing across a 20 Hz to 1 MHz frequency range. Designed to meet IEC/MIL standards, it supports 0.05% basic accuracy and advanced test-signal control for real-world application simulations. The 4284A allows wide-range DC current-biased inductance measurements and can interface with the 42841A to support up to 40 A DC bias. Available options include high power (20V, 200mA), bias current interface, memory card, cable extensions, handler and scanner interfaces, and mounting kits.
