The Keysight (Agilent) 4951B is a portable datacommunications protocol analyzer offering bit error tests, protocol decoding, and remote data transfers via RS-232C/V.24. It includes a 12.7 cm display, RS-170 video port, five timers, and five counters. Compact at 5.7 kg, with an operating range of 0°C to +55°C, it is ideal for field diagnostics and compatible with HP 4953A and 4955A analyzers.
