The Keysight (Agilent) E4980A Precision LCR Meter offers high-performance impedance measurement with a frequency range of 20 Hz to 2 MHz and 0.05% basic accuracy. It supports test signals from 100 μV to 2 Vrms and currents from 1 μA to 20 mA, with built-in 40 V DC bias (Option 001). The instrument supports up to 201 sweep points, fast measurements at 5.6 ms, and multiple impedance parameters like |Z|, |Y|, Θ, R, L, C, Q, D, and more.
Used in component/material R&D and manufacturing QC, it evaluates capacitors, inductors, resistors, and semiconductors efficiently.
