The Rohde & Schwarz RTE1202 is a 2-channel digital oscilloscope with a 2 GHz bandwidth, 5 GSa/s sampling rate per channel, and a memory depth of up to 100 MSa. It features a single-core A/D converter with up to 16-bit vertical resolution and comes with two 500 MHz passive voltage probes.
