The Rohde & Schwarz FSH3/03 is a compact 3 GHz spectrum analyzer with a frequency range from 100 kHz to 3 GHz, 100 Hz to 1 MHz resolution bandwidth, and noise floor display down to -135 dBm. It features <–100 dBc/Hz phase noise at 100 kHz, amplitude accuracy under 1.5 dB, and dynamic range from –80 dBm to +20 dBm. The analyzer includes a 14 cm color LCD, RS-232 data transfer, and internal storage for 256 traces.
