The Rohde & Schwarz ZVA-Z90 is a millimeter-wave converter extending ZVA or ZNA VNAs to the 60–90 GHz W-band. It offers exceptional S-parameter precision with WR12 waveguide interface, >100 dB dynamic range, and +10 dBm output power. SMA and 2.92 mm connectors enable versatile interfacing.
Ideal for R&D and production, it supports up to 70 dB attenuation, stable performance (<0.2 dB/2°), and differential or multi-port testing, including on-wafer setups.
