The Schaffner NSG2025-8 is a high-end 3-phase fast transient/burst generator capable of generating signals up to 8kV with a maximum burst frequency of 500kHz. It integrates a 30A coupling network and supports 1 to 150 pulses per packet. Pulses can be coupled to mains supply voltage or applied as pure high voltage for signal line testing. Designed on a modular 'building block' concept, it allows combining pulse generators, coupling, and EUT adapters for maximum flexibility and upgrade potential. It covers IEC, EN, ANSI-IEEE, and extended manufacturer-specific burst test requirements.
This unit features pre-programmed IEC standard tests, user-configurable parameters, and supports manual or PC software control. Burst frequency can be set up to 1MHz with selectable coupling modes.
