The Tektronix 80C15 optical sampling module, used with DSA8300 oscilloscopes, delivers complete testing for telecom and datacom protocols from 125 Mb/s to 400G Ethernet. It includes optical-to-electrical conversion, power monitoring, reference filters, optional clock recovery, and universal input.
Designed for 850, 1310, and 1550 nm testing, it supports rates such as 25.781 Gb/s, 27.952 Gb/s, and 28.05 Gb/s with unfiltered bandwidth >32 GHz and -8 dBm sensitivity at 1310 nm.
