The Tektronix AFG1062 is a dual-channel Arbitrary Function Generator with 60 MHz bandwidth, offering up to 10 Vp-p amplitude and a 125 MS/s sampling rate for precise signal generation. It includes 50 built-in waveforms, a 200 MHz frequency counter, and supports user-defined waveforms with up to 8,192-point memory and 64-MByte internal storage.
The device features a 3.95-inch TFT LCD, USB interface, intuitive controls, and PC software compatibility, making it ideal for laboratory and educational environments. It is also compatible with TekSmartLab™.
