The Tektronix CT1 Current Probe features a solid core, ultra-low inductance transformer with a 25 kHz to 1 GHz frequency range, 450 mA pulse, and 12 A CW current rating. It supports <200 pSec rise time waveform characterization and fits dense circuit layouts.
Ideal for ESD testing, silicon and high-frequency analog design, the CT1 uses a P6041 cable to connect multiple transformers to a BNC oscilloscope. A 50 Ohm termination is required for 1 MΩ scope inputs.
