The Tektronix DPO5054B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope delivers 500 MHz bandwidth and 5 GS/s sample rate with FastAcq® technology for over 250,000 wfms/sec capture. With HiRes acquisition, vertical resolution exceeds 11 bits, enhanced by channel and DSP filtering.
