The Tektronix DPO5104B is a 1 GHz, 4-channel digital oscilloscope offering a 5 to 10 GS/s sample rate on all channels and a 12.5 M sample record length. It includes 53 automated measurements, waveform histograms, and FFT analysis for streamlined signal diagnostics.
It supports FastAcq with >250,000 wfms/s capture rate, FastFrame memory acquisition, and serial triggering/decoding for I2C, SPI, RS232/422/485/UART, USB, CAN/LIN protocols. Equipped with USB, LAN, and GP-IB ports.
