The Tektronix FG504 Function Generator provides a frequency range from 0.001 Hz to 40 MHz with features like amplitude/frequency modulation, linear/log sweep, and external triggering. It includes variable rise/fall times, phase lock, and gating with adjustable phase.
It delivers output levels up to 30 Vp-p with a 50 dB attenuator in 10 dB steps. Designed for TM 500 Series mainframes, it occupies two plug-in slots and supports external control.
