The Tektronix MDO4054-6 Mixed Domain Oscilloscope offers 4 analog channels, 500 MHz bandwidth, and 2.5 GS/s sample rate, delivering ultra-wide capture bandwidth over 1 GHz and a 50 kHz–6 GHz RF range. Integrated RF, analog, and digital input visualization provides full-system insight via time-correlated displays. Features include advanced RF triggers, Spectrum Time analysis, and serial/parallel bus decoding.
Ideal for debugging complex designs, it includes RF vs Time Traces and latency measurement tools, built on the MSO4000B platform with DPO Technology and Wave Inspector®.
