The Tektronix MSO44B 4-BW-500 is the 500 MHz bandwidth configuration of the MSO44B, a 4-channel 4 Series B MSO. It samples at 6.25 GS/s with a 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode), and offers 31.25 M points record length as standard. The 4 Series B MSO is the updated 4 Series with a faster processor platform and improved responsiveness, keeping FlexChannel inputs, a 13.3-inch HD touchscreen and Spectrum View.
Bandwidth on the 4 Series B MSO is set by software option, so the MSO44B can be ordered at 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, 1.5 GHz. This listing is for the 500 MHz unit (option 4-BW-500). If you need a different bandwidth, see the MSO44B overview page for all configurations.
