The Tektronix MSO64 6-BW-2500 is the 2.5 GHz bandwidth configuration of the MSO64, a 4-channel 6 Series MSO. It samples at 25 GS/s on all channels with a 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode), and offers 62.5 M points record length as standard. The 6 Series MSO is a high-performance, low-noise mixed signal oscilloscope with 25 GS/s sampling on all channels, FlexChannel inputs and a 15.6-inch HD touchscreen.
