The Tektronix P5122 is a 100:1 passive oscilloscope probe supporting up to 200 MHz bandwidth and rated for 1000 VRMS CAT II when DC-coupled. With floating capability up to 600 VRMS CAT II, it is optimized for TPS2000 and THS3000 Series oscilloscopes, delivering isolated channel measurements.
This probe is ideal for power electronics applications, including UPS systems, switch mode controls, motor drives, and power semiconductors, and includes accessories such as hook tips and a ground spring.
