The Tektronix P5150 is a 500 MHz, 50X high-voltage probe rated for 2500 V peak and 1000 V RMS CAT II, designed for safe, isolated measurements in elevated or floating systems. It is ideal for ripple analysis on high-voltage DC supplies and is floatable up to 600 V RMS CAT II or 300 V RMS CAT III.
Optimized for TPS2000 and THS3000 Series oscilloscopes, it ensures safe, accurate testing in power electronics and high-voltage systems.
