The Tektronix P6136 is a 350 MHz, 10X attenuation, 1.3-meter passive voltage probe engineered for use with 2400 Series oscilloscopes exceeding 150 MHz bandwidth. It features a subminiature-size probe tip/hybrid assembly and is compatible with the Tektronix Subminiature accessory line. The Option 25 variant includes the more rugged Compact series tip for environments demanding enhanced durability.
The P6136 provides stable and precise signal measurement, with interchangeable accessories for both Subminiature and Compact tips, offering flexible probing options across varied test conditions.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
