The Tektronix P7508 is an 8 GHz TriMode™ differential probe offering 5X/12.5X switchable attenuation, ±15 V input range, and 100kΩ differential input resistance. Compatible with DPO/DSA70804 and TDS6000B/C oscilloscopes via TekConnect™ interface.
Ideal for PCI Express, USB, and DDRx validation, it supports versatile solder, handheld, and fixture probing with high-density TriMode tips for differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements.
