The Tektronix P80318 Differential TDR Probe offers 18 GHz bandwidth with 100 Ω differential input impedance for high-fidelity in-circuit impedance testing. Designed for balanced signal analysis, it enables accurate differential line probing without ground contact and features adjustable probe pitch from 0.5 mm to 4.2 mm for versatile PCB configurations.
Its dual-cushion tip design ensures consistent contact, and included SMA cables with parallel control lines enable EOS/ESD protection through integration with the 80A02 module.
