The Tektronix PED4002 is a two-channel high-speed programmable error detector designed for BER measurements up to 40 Gb/s. Supporting PRBS and user-defined patterns, it features flexible AC/DC coupling and full/half-rate clock inputs for precise receiver stress testing in data communication systems.
