The Tektronix PPG1604 PatternPro® offers up to four 16–32 Gb/s output channels with low jitter (<250 fs), adjustable amplitude (250 mV–2.0 V), programmable offset, and advanced jitter insertion including BUJ, SJ, RJ, and PJ.
Engineered for 100G Ethernet and component testing, it supports PRBS/user patterns, phase delay, clock sync, touchscreen GUI, and pairs with PED series for full BER testing solutions.
