The Tektronix RSA5106A is a real-time signal analyzer covering frequencies from 1 Hz to 6.2 GHz, offering an optional 85 MHz bandwidth (opt 85). It provides exceptional displayed average noise level at –154 dBm/Hz (2 GHz) and phase noise at –109 dBc/Hz (1 GHz). The unit achieves high-resolution, low-noise sweeps, performing 1 GHz sweeps at 10 kHz RBW in under 1 second.
It supports up to 292,000 spectra and 50,000 time-domain waveforms per second with Swept DPX Spectrum, enabling full-range signal discovery (Opt 200).
