The Tektronix TCA-BNC Adapter expands oscilloscope capability with direct TekConnect-to-BNC conversion. It supports 50 Ω or 75 Ω input, auto attenuation correction, and provides up to ≥8 GHz bandwidth (instrument dependent). Enables use of TekProbe BNC 50 Ω high-speed probes and direct BNC input applications.
Ideal for adapting high-performance oscilloscopes to legacy or specialized BNC-based test setups, maintaining signal fidelity with low VSWR of 1.1:1 and flexible signal routing.
