The Tektronix TDP1000 is a 1 GHz high-voltage differential probe designed for seamless integration with TekVPI™ or TekProbe BNC interface oscilloscopes. It offers excellent electrical performance, automatic scaling, and real-time readout directly on the oscilloscope display. The probe menu is accessible through the scope for control and status, and it also supports remote GPIB/USB operation.
