The Tektronix TDS620A is a 500 MHz digital real-time oscilloscope offering 2+2 auxiliary channels with 1mV to 10V/div sensitivity and 8-bit resolution. It features a 2 GS/s sample rate across all channels, a 2,000-point max record length, and ±100 ppm time base accuracy from 500 ps/div to 5 s/div. Its high-resolution color VGA display and DOS floppy disk drive enhance data visibility and portability.
With advanced triggering options including pulse width, glitch, runt, pattern, and state triggers, the TDS620A enables accurate signal analysis. It supports waveform pass/fail testing, 25 auto measurements, and GPIB programmability.
