The Tektronix TDS7404 oscilloscope offers 4 GHz bandwidth with up to 20 GS/s real-time sampling, a 32 Megasample memory, and waveform capture rates exceeding 400,000 wfms/s. It supports jitter measurements down to 1 ps RMS and provides a graphical interface via classic controls, touch-sensitive display, or mouse.
