The Tektronix TLA613 Logic Analyzer offers 102 channels with 2 GHz timing resolution via MagniVu technology, enabling precise glitch and setup/hold triggering. It features up to 200 MHz state acquisition, 500 MHz timing analysis with 2 Mb depth per channel, and allows simultaneous state/timing analysis from a single probe for accurate fault detection.
