The Tektronix TLA7L3 is a 102-channel acquisition module for TLA7xx series, offering 100MHz state and 2GHz timing analysis. Option 1S enhances state speed to 200MHz, and Option 2S expands memory to 128KB per channel—both retrofittable. It comes with six P6417 probes.
Ideal for high-speed digital designs, it supports P64xx probes and allows merging multiple modules for extensive logic analysis.
