The Tektronix TEK-TLA7N2 is a 68-channel acquisition module for TLA714 and TLA720 mainframes, offering 100MHz state and 2GHz timing analysis with 64K memory standard per channel. Expandable to 256K, 1M, or 4M memory with retrofittable options, it includes 64 data and 4 clock channels. It supports 200MHz state speed and module merging up to 680 channels. Time stamping is 51-bit with 125ps resolution and includes multiple acquisition modes including 8GHz MagniVu timing.
Ideal for high-speed digital signal analysis, the TEK-TLA7N2 supports multiplexing for extended memory and provides versatile clocking modes with enhanced compatibility across Tektronix mainframes.
