The Tektronix TTR506A from the TTR500 series is a USB vector network analyzer offering full 2-port, 2-path S-parameter measurements (S11, S21, S12, S22) from 100KHz to 6GHz. With over 122dB dynamic range and <0.008dB RMS trace noise, it matches the performance of high-end benchtop VNAs. Compact and lightweight (1.59Kg), it includes a built-in bias tee on both ports, Tektronix VectorVu-PC software, API support, SCPI command interface, and Touchstone file compatibility.
