The Tektronix TVS641A is a 4-channel, 250MHz, 1GS/s VXI Waveform Analyzer built for mixed signal testing and high-speed data acquisition. It features real-time sampling with 200ps/point intervals, Auto-Advance, Envelope, and Average acquisition modes, plus internal triggering options including Main, Delayed, Edge, and Pulse.
