Test Equity 1027H Temperature & Humidity Chamber
Test Equity 1027H Temperature & Humidity Chamber is a cascade refrigeration system that is capable of achieving workspace temperatures down to -73 °C plus the ability to control humidity from 10% to 95% RH. A cascade system uses two interdependent compressors. One compressor (low-stage) directly cools the workspace. The other compressor (high-stage) cools a heat-exchanger (cascade condenser) to remove heat from the low-stage. Test Equity 1027H Temperature & Humidity Chamber is used for many ruggedized industrial, automotive and military tests that require low temperatures of typically -40 °C, -55 °C or -65 °C.
Test Equity 1027H Temperature & Humidity Chamber provides independent protection against excess temperatures in both high and low limits. The limit controller will shut down the chamber and trigger the audible alarm in the event of an out of limit condition. It's having a fast responding capacitive-type sensor to eliminate the need for unreliable wet-wicks. The combination of structural foam and fiberglass blanket insulation eliminates exterior window sweating during normal temperature cycling conditions. Two 4in Access Ports are there to attach wires and sensors to the test sample through both the left and right side of the chamber. A heavy-duty stainless steel wire shelf ensures proper airflow around the test sample for uniform temperature distribution. System is having either F4T touch screen or original F4 controller including RS-232 and ethernet interfaces. GPIB is available as an option. It's heated Viewing Widow to eliminate fog and condensation without a manual wiper. Featuring non-CFC refrigeration, Test Equity 1027H Temperature & Humidity Chamber is made with a minimum number of fittings, joints and welds to reduce the possibility of refrigerant leaks.
