Test Equity 3007C Fast Rate Temperature Chamber
Test Equity 3007C Fast Rate Temperature Chamber provides fast temperature transition rates in a compact, self-contained package. Dual 3.5 HP scroll compressors, boost heaters, and two heavy-duty blower motors give extra capacity for ramp rates in excess of 10 °C/minute without liquid nitrogen (LN2). For more cooling capacity, LN2 boost cooling capability is also available. Test Equity 3007C Fast Rate Temperature Chamber is ideal for applications requiring fast throughput. System is having either F4T touch screen or original F4 controller including RS-232 and ethernet interfaces. GPIB is available as an option.
Test Equity 3007C Fast Rate Temperature Chamber provides independent protection against excess temperatures in both high and low limits. The limit controller will shut down the chamber and trigger the audible alarm in the event of an out of limit condition. The system includes two forward curved stainless-steel, welded-construction blower wheels in a counter rotating pattern to provide high velocity airflow throughout the workspace, driven by two heavy-duty motors. Three uncommitted solid-state relays are provided to switch the power to remote AC devices via the F4 Temperature Controller. The combination of structural foam and fiberglass blanket insulation eliminates exterior window sweating during normal temperature cycling conditions. Two 4in Access Ports are there to attach wires and sensors to the test sample through both the left and right side of the chamber. Featuring non-CFC Cascade Refrigeration, Test Equity 3007C Fast Rate Temperature Chamber is made with a minimum number of fittings, joints and welds to reduce the possibility of refrigerant leaks.
