The TTI TG1010 10MHz Function Generator provides a frequency range from 0.1mHz to 10MHz with 8 standard waveforms plus complex, arbitrary, and noise generation. It features sweep, AM, gating, burst, FSK, and hop modes with a maximum output of 20Vp-p. Fully programmable via RS-232 or GPIB, the TG1010 offers DDS technology delivering exceptional accuracy better than 10ppm, 7-digit resolution, and superior spectral purity, low phase noise, and excellent frequency agility.
Ideal for precise waveform creation, the TG1010 supports sine, square, pulse, triangle, ramp, and multi-level squarewave outputs, with variable symmetry/duty-cycle control for all waveforms.
