The Yokogawa 720221 is a 16-channel temperature/voltage input module for use in industrial process control systems. It allows upto 16 simultaneous measurement and acquisition of temperature and voltage signals on a single unit. The module supports a variety of thermocouples, DC, GND as well as voltage inputs, and has a temperature measurement range.
Yokogawa 720221 is a 16-channel temperature/voltage input module consists of the module body (model: 720221) and external scanner box (model: 701953), and both units are required to make any measurements. Wires for voltage measurement or a thermocouple for temperature measurement are connected to terminal blocks (screwed type) of the external scanner box. The input section is isolated between the ground and terminal blocks and between subchannels. Using the digital filtering function based on oversampling, Yokogawa 720221 is a 16-channel temperature/voltage input module reduces the noise effect and ensures accurate measurement.
