The Yokogawa TA520 Time Interval Analyser offers a time resolution of 25 ps, an internal jitter of 100 psrms, and a continuous sampling rate of 43 MS/s, making it highly suitable for precision jitter analysis of DVD optical disks. It includes a 6.4" colour LCD, internal printer, and options for an internal hard-disk & SCSI interface. The large memory supports up to 10,000,000,000 samples in hardware histogram mode and 512k samples in time stamp mode, while the auto window function ensures optimal display scaling for measurement results.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
