Amplifier Research 25W1000M7 RF Amplifier The Amplifier Research 25W1000M7 RF Amplifier is an ultra-broadband solid state amplifier which operates at a frequency range of 1 MHz to 1 GHz and delivers 25 W of CW power. CW linear power output of 20 watts minimum at less than 1.0 dB gain compression, flatness of ±1.5 dB maximum; ±1.0 dB typical, frequency response of 100 to 1000 MHz (instantaneous), and power gain of 45 dB minimum. The AR 25W1000M7 Amplifier also features an input impedance of 50 Ohms, an output impedance of 50 Ohms, type N connectors, and a harmonic distortion of minus 20 dBc maximum at 20 Watts. Harmonic distortion is minus 20 dBc max at 20 Watts. Third order intercept point is 52 dBm typical. Connector type is Type N.NOTE: M7 denotes that the chasis enclosure is removed and the amp is ready for rack mounting.
