The Anritsu 68077B Signal Generator delivers a wide frequency range of 0.01 to 50 GHz with precise power control from –15 dBm (–20 dBm typical) down to –140 dBm using its electronic attenuator. It features ultra-low SSB phase noise, low spurious emissions, and +17 dBm of guaranteed leveled power up to 20 GHz, all packed into a compact 13.3 cm design ideal for minimizing rack space. With an ultra-fast <5 ms switching time, digital frequency and power sweep, and an intuitive menu-driven front panel, this unit excels in high-throughput test environments.
Built for A.T.E. applications, the 68077B supports accurate receiver sensitivity measurements to –120 dBm in finely controlled 0.01 dB steps, local oscillator duty cycling, and CW testing. Optional SCPI programmability and complimentary application drivers, including IVICOM and National Instruments LabView, streamline integration and reduce development overhead.
